Deactivating Your Account
You can deactivate your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Account.
When deactivated, all your active listings are immediately hidden from public search and product catalog pages. You cannot deactivate if you have pending or active orders in progress.
Restoring Your Account within 30 Days
Changed your mind? You can reactivate your account within 30 days simply by signing in.
• For Google Auth accounts: Click "Sign In with Google" and enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email.
• For Email/Password accounts: Enter your email and the 6-digit reactivation code.
Upon reactivation, all your previously available listings and profile data are instantly restored.
- No password is required to reactivate accounts created with Google Sign-In.
- After 30 days, deactivated accounts are permanently deleted for privacy compliance.
